It is a beautiful thing that you have found your way here. I am Iva and I am here to share with you the knowledge and support I have gathered over years of studying holistic well-being and trauma healing and walking the path of self-inquiry. I hope you find what you are seeking.

My intention to support you on your journey is rooted in my own personal transformative experience that started in my early twenties as a response to the peak of depression and anxiety that were shaped by a relational childhood trauma. A healing path that I have been walking ever since has brought an immense sense of gratitude, openness and joy into my life as well as deep trust that healing is possible for everyone.

Practices that have been the greatest source of guidance and transformation on my own journey of healing and self-inquiry are the Internal Family Systems therapy, yoga, meditation, dance, nature-based mindfulness, darkness, breathwork, dreamwork and entheogens.

As a psychologist, my curiosity is both holistic and far-reaching. I integrate somatic, transpersonal, Buddhist, and ecopsychology, as together they offer a deep and interconnected understanding of human nature.

Alongside my work with individuals, and my deep commitment to personal healing and growth, I bring over 15 years of experience working with groups. I have designed and led workshops and non-formal educational programs focused on individual, social and planetary well-being, exploring meaningful pathways toward environmental and social justice.

I am passionate about creating spaces where collective wisdom can emerge, spaces that invite connection, insight, and transformation. In these shared environments, something greater than the sum of individuals unfolds, opening the door to a deeper understanding and entirely new levels of experience.

I am aware that it takes a lot of courage, determination and commitment to look into ourselves and take responsibility to attend to and nurture for what we find inside, as well as that oftentimes we need support and guidance in that process. I firmly believe that every human being can embark on this journey of self-exploration and transformation leading to a more balanced, joyful and harmonious life in the service of a larger whole.

It would be a privilege and honor to accompany you on your transformative journey witnessing your transformation towards a more balanced, fulfilling and meaningful life in unity and harmony with yourself, others and nature.
