Inner tensions and overwhelming psychological states are a universal aspect of the human journey. Throughout various life phases and situations, maintaining inner peace can be challenging and navigating these periods alone can be difficult. Therefore, seeking support that will help you to come back to a state of inner balance can be a significant step in your journey.

To support you on your transformative journey and to ensure a holistic and empowering experience I employ a powerful Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model, integrated with a trauma-informed and somatic approaches.

This kind of approach provides you with an opportunity to deepen an understanding of your inner system and enable its dynamics to be guided and transformed by the inherent power of your own compassionate, calm and courageous inner healing capacity. In that way you can learn to navigate your life with increased sense of clarity, balance, and authenticity.

The challenges I most commonly support clients with include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addictions, chronic illness, and body image or food-related concerns. I also work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or are navigating significant life transitions.
