Body-Mind Practice: A grounding practice to help align your body and mind.

Introduction to the IFS Model: A brief overview of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.

Guided Practice: A focused activity to connect with your inner parts.

Sharing Circle: A safe space for sharing, both in pairs and as a group.

Closing Practice: A mindful activity to bring the session to a gentle close.
