Prioritizing our well-being and building resilience is a key to a personal and planetary health. This online space is designed to help you connect with various parts of yourself through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. Each month, we will focus on working with a different part of your inner world with an aim to better understand its extreme role in your inner system and to bring it back to a more harmonious state of being.

Guided Practice: A focused activity to connect with your inner parts.

Sharing Circle: A safe space for sharing, both in pairs and as a group.

Closing Practice: A mindful activity to bring the session to a close.
